These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access or use BizCity websites, short links, QR code tools, bio pages, analytics, branded-link features, accounts and paid plans.

Using BizCity means agreeing to the rules that protect the platform and its users.
By accessing or using BizCity, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
These Terms are designed for a link-management platform that may include free tools, account-based features, paid plans and server-managed links, QR codes and analytics.
Acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing or using any BizCity service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference.
If you are using BizCity on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Who may use BizCity.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use BizCity for business purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws, regulations and internal policies that apply to your organization.
Your account and credentials.
Some BizCity features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to BizCity.
You should notify BizCity through Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
What BizCity may provide.
BizCity may provide features including:

- Custom aliases and branded links.
- Static and dynamic QR code tools.
- QR codes with logos and business-use QR workflows.
- Bio pages and link-in-bio tools.
- Link and QR analytics.
- UTM and campaign utilities.
- Custom-domain and branded-domain functionality.
- APIs, integrations, exports or team features where included in a plan.
Features, limits and availability may vary between free usage and paid plans.
You remain responsible for what you create and link to.
You retain responsibility for URLs, QR content, bio-page content, profile information, logos, campaign parameters, branded domains and other material you submit to or publish through BizCity.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that your use does not violate law, third-party rights or these Terms.
You grant BizCity the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, route, display and operate your content as part of the service.
BizCity must not be used for harmful or unlawful activity.
You must not use BizCity to create, distribute, hide, redirect to or promote content or activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious or abusive.
Prohibited uses may include:
- Phishing, credential theft or impersonation.
- Malware, malicious downloads or harmful scripts.
- Spam, abusive automation or unwanted bulk messaging.
- Fraud, scams or deceptive payment activity.
- Violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempts to bypass security controls, usage limits or account restrictions.
- Use that disrupts, overloads or interferes with BizCity systems.

Branded and custom domains.
If BizCity supports custom domains, you must own or have authority to use the domain you connect. BizCity may require DNS or other ownership verification before activating a domain.
You are responsible for maintaining correct DNS settings and any external domain registration or renewal obligations.
Analytics are informational.
BizCity may provide click, scan, device, browser, country, referrer or campaign analytics where real tracked event data is available.
Analytics can be affected by browser behavior, privacy tools, bots, network conditions, unavailable headers, geolocation limitations or other factors. BizCity does not guarantee that analytics will capture every interaction with perfect accuracy.
Free usage, paid plans and payments.
BizCity may offer free usage with limits and paid plans with higher limits or additional features. Current pricing and plan limits should be shown on the Pricing page.
Paid access should be activated only after BizCity has a reliable way to verify the relevant payment or subscription status.
PayPal
BizCity may direct users to PayPal or another payment provider to complete payment. Payment provider terms and privacy policies may also apply.
You must not send BizCity your PayPal password, full card number, CVV or similar payment credentials.
Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes, duties or similar charges unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, you are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase except taxes imposed on BizCity's own income.
Cancellation, renewal and refund rules.
The exact cancellation, renewal and refund policy should match the payment method and commercial terms shown at the time of purchase.
Unless a specific refund right is stated, required by law or confirmed in writing by BizCity, purchase fees may be non-refundable once paid access has been activated or service usage has begun.
If automatic recurring billing is later introduced, BizCity should clearly disclose renewal terms and cancellation steps before a customer subscribes.
External websites, providers and integrations.
BizCity may connect to or rely on third-party services for payments, infrastructure, DNS, analytics, APIs or other functions.
BizCity is not responsible for the content, availability, policies or conduct of third-party websites reached through a short link, QR code, integration or external service.
BizCity technology and brand.
BizCity and its licensors retain rights in the BizCity platform, software, interface, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation and other proprietary materials, excluding user-owned content.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of BizCity technology or permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit protected platform components except where expressly allowed by law or a separate agreement.
Service availability and changes.
BizCity may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. Maintenance, security issues, provider outages, abuse prevention or technical changes may temporarily affect service availability.
BizCity does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of every feature at all times.
When access may be limited or removed.
BizCity may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent security risks or address unpaid amounts.
Where practical, BizCity may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but immediate action may be taken where the risk is serious or urgent.
The service is provided subject to practical limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizCity is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate or suitable for every specific purpose.
You are responsible for independently reviewing whether BizCity is suitable for your legal, regulatory, marketing, security or business requirements.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizCity should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Any monetary liability cap should be finalized in accordance with the governing law, customer type and commercial model before production launch.
Responsibility for misuse.
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims, losses or costs resulting from your unlawful use of BizCity, your violation of these Terms, or content you create or distribute through the service.
The final indemnity wording should be reviewed for the jurisdiction and customer types BizCity serves.
Governing law and disputes.
The final governing law, contracting entity and dispute forum must be inserted before production launch based on the legal entity that operates BizCity and the markets in which the service is offered.
Changes to these Terms.
BizCity may update these Terms when services, pricing, legal requirements or business practices change.
The effective date should be updated when changes are published. If changes are material, additional notice may be provided where appropriate or legally required.
