Charged more than once
If the same BizCity plan is accidentally paid more than once for the same account and billing period, the duplicate payment may be eligible for refund after verification.
This Refund Policy explains when BizCity may approve a refund, when a payment may not be refundable, and how to request a review for a paid plan or PayPal payment.
BizCity provides digital tools and paid account access for short links, QR codes, bio pages, branded domains, analytics and related features. Because access can be activated immediately after payment, refund eligibility may depend on the reason for the request and whether the paid service has already been used.
BizCity should review genuine payment errors, duplicate payments, failed plan activation and verified technical problems fairly and consistently.
If the same BizCity plan is accidentally paid more than once for the same account and billing period, the duplicate payment may be eligible for refund after verification.
If a confirmed technical or checkout issue caused a customer to pay an amount different from the selected BizCity plan, the payment may be reviewed for correction or refund.
If BizCity confirms payment but cannot activate the purchased plan or provide the paid service, the customer may be eligible for a refund or another agreed resolution.
If a paid feature is materially unavailable because of a verified BizCity technical issue and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, BizCity may review the payment for refund or service credit.
This policy applies to payments made for BizCity paid plans, upgrades or other paid digital services offered through BizCity.
It does not automatically apply to third-party products or services that may be linked from BizCity but are purchased directly from another provider.
Examples may include:
A request does not guarantee approval. BizCity may review account activity, payment records and service usage before deciding.
Subject to applicable law, refunds may generally not be available where:
Because BizCity provides digital access that may become available immediately after payment, a change of mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement once paid access has been activated or materially used.
If local law provides a mandatory cooling-off, cancellation or refund right, that legal right will apply.
Cancelling future access or choosing not to continue a plan does not automatically create a refund for a payment that has already been completed.
If BizCity later introduces automatic recurring subscriptions, cancellation rules should clearly explain when renewal stops and whether any unused prepaid period is refundable.
BizCity's current pricing flow may send customers to a PayPal.Me payment page with the selected BizCity plan amount prefilled.
PayPal processes the payment. BizCity may request the PayPal transaction reference or other payment confirmation needed to locate and verify the payment.
Never send BizCity your PayPal password, full card number, CVV or other sensitive payment credentials.
Submit the request through BizCity Support and select the Billing, Payment or PayPal category.
Please include:
BizCity may verify the payment, check whether the plan was activated, review account usage, investigate any claimed technical issue and confirm whether the request falls within this policy or applicable law.
BizCity may ask for additional information where the payment or account cannot be identified from the original request.
If a refund is approved, BizCity should return the funds through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time taken for an approved refund to appear may depend on PayPal, the customer's bank, card issuer or other payment-processing factors outside BizCity's control.
BizCity should communicate the approval and any available refund reference once the refund has been initiated.
Customers are encouraged to contact BizCity Support first if a payment issue can be resolved directly.
If a PayPal dispute or chargeback is opened, BizCity may provide relevant payment, account and service records to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account restrictions where permitted by law and the BizCity Terms.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where mandatory law gives a customer stronger cancellation or refund rights than this policy, the mandatory legal requirements will apply.
BizCity may update this policy when payment methods, subscription models, refund practices or legal requirements change.
The effective date should be updated when material revisions are published.
A clear payment reference and a specific reason help BizCity review the request without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Use Support and select Billing, Payment or PayPal as the issue category.
BizCity checks the payment reference, plan, amount and associated account.
The reason, account usage and any technical issue are reviewed against this policy.
If approved, the refund is initiated through the appropriate payment method or another agreed resolution is provided.
Before paying, check the Basic, Premium or Pro plan and whether Monthly or Yearly pricing is selected.
The PayPal transaction reference can help BizCity locate and verify a payment if support or refund review is required.
BizCity Support may need a transaction reference, but it should never request your PayPal password, full card details or CVV.
A refund should only be processed after the relevant payment and account details have been verified.
Use BizCity Support and provide the plan, payment amount, date, account email and relevant PayPal transaction reference.
Review Pricing and Terms before purchasing so the selected plan, limits and payment expectations are clear.
