This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, distribute, hide, redirect to or promote through BizCity short links, QR codes, bio pages, branded domains, APIs and related services.
Link shorteners, QR codes and bio pages make digital destinations easier to share. The same convenience can be abused to disguise phishing pages, malware, scams, spam or other harmful content.
BizCity expects users to use the platform lawfully, transparently and without creating unreasonable risk for visitors, other users or the service itself.
Do not use BizCity to impersonate trusted organizations, collect passwords, banking details, authentication codes or other sensitive information through deception.
Do not link to malware, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, malicious downloads or code intended to compromise devices, accounts or networks.
Do not use short links or QR codes to support scams, fake offers, deceptive payments, identity impersonation or other fraudulent activity.
Do not use BizCity to support unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive automation, misleading campaigns or distribution designed to evade anti-spam controls.
BizCity must not be used to facilitate child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats or other forms of serious abuse.
Do not use BizCity to facilitate transactions or activities that are unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction, including prohibited goods, services or criminal activity.
Do not publish or distribute private personal information without authorization, encourage harassment, or use BizCity to facilitate stalking or targeted abuse.
Do not use BizCity to knowingly distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights where you do not have authorization or a lawful basis.
This policy applies to BizCity accounts, short links, branded links, QR codes, bio pages, custom domains, APIs, campaign tools and other services provided by BizCity.
It applies to content you create directly as well as destinations, redirects, files, pages or services you promote through BizCity.
You may not use BizCity to create, promote, facilitate or conceal unlawful activity. You are responsible for understanding the laws and regulations that apply to your content, business, campaign and target audience.
If a particular activity is regulated, restricted or unlawful where you operate, BizCity does not make that activity lawful merely by providing a link or QR code.

Only connect domains you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use a branded domain to mislead visitors into believing a link is operated or endorsed by another organization.
BizCity may require DNS or ownership verification before activating custom-domain functionality.

BizCity may update this Acceptable Use Policy as product features, abuse patterns, legal requirements or safety practices change.
The effective date should be updated when material revisions are published.
Acceptable use applies to APIs, redirects, DNS verification and account features as well as the content behind links.
Do not rotate accounts, browsers, IPs or domains to evade published usage or rate limits.
Use APIs within documented limits and do not automate behavior that creates unreasonable load or abuse.
Do not chain redirects primarily to conceal malicious destinations or evade security review.
Do not create replacement accounts or assets for the purpose of bypassing a valid enforcement action.
Do not attempt to connect domains you do not own or control.
Do not probe, exploit or disrupt BizCity infrastructure without explicit authorization.
A link or QR destination presenting an urgent security or safety risk may be disabled while the issue is reviewed.
Repeated or systematic violations may lead to broader account restrictions rather than action on only one individual link.
Users should have a practical way to request review where legitimate content is restricted incorrectly.
BizCity may preserve or disclose information when required by valid legal process or applicable law.
Report suspicious BizCity links, QR destinations, bio pages or branded domains through Support. A clear report helps the issue get reviewed faster.
