What is BizCity?
BizCity is a link-management platform built around short URLs, branded links, QR codes, bio pages and analytics.
Who is BizCity for?
BizCity is designed for individuals, creators, marketers, agencies and businesses that need to create, share, brand or measure digital destinations.
Is BizCity free to use?
Several BizCity tools provide limited free usage so users can try the workflow before choosing a paid plan for higher limits and additional features.
What is the BizCity URL Shortener?
The URL Shortener converts a long destination URL into a shorter link that is easier to share. Visit the URL Shortener page to create one.
Can I create custom short-link aliases?
Yes. Custom aliases can be used where the selected short-link workflow supports them. Paid BizCity plans are also designed for branded-link functionality and verified custom domains.
Can I use my own branded domain?
BizCity's branded-link architecture is designed to support verified custom domains. The number of domains available depends on the selected paid plan.
Can I track clicks on short links?
Tracked BizCity redirects are designed to record real click events before sending visitors to the final destination. Full BizCity reporting requires the production tracking backend.
Can I create QR codes for free?
Yes. BizCity includes QR-generation tools with limited free usage on selected pages before paid-plan limits apply.
What is the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
A static QR stores the final content directly. A dynamic QR stores a controlled redirect, which can support destination changes and scan tracking when managed through the BizCity backend.
Can I create a QR code with my logo?
Yes. The QR Code With Logo tool lets you upload a logo, adjust colors and generate a downloadable branded QR code.
Can businesses create WhatsApp or review QR codes?
Yes. The QR Code for Business page supports website, WhatsApp, Google Review and contact/vCard QR workflows.
What is a BizCity bio page?
A bio page is a mobile-friendly page containing multiple important links, profile information and social destinations under one shareable bio URL.
How many links can I add to a free bio page?
The current free Link in Bio Tool is designed for up to four destination links before the upgrade flow is shown.
Can I customize the bio page design?
Yes. The builder supports profile information, profile image, social URLs and configurable background, text and button colors.
Does BizCity show real analytics?
BizCity is designed to display data returned from real tracking sources. It should not generate fabricated fallback metrics if tracking data is unavailable.
What link analytics can BizCity support?
The analytics system is designed for metrics such as clicks, unique visitors, countries, devices, browsers, referrers and timeline activity when those events are available from the tracking backend.
Can I track QR scans?
Yes, when a dynamic QR routes through a tracked BizCity redirect. The tracking backend can record the scan interaction before forwarding the visitor.
What BizCity plans are available?
BizCity currently positions Basic, Premium and Pro plans with different limits for short links, dynamic QR codes, branded domains, bio pages, analytics history and advanced features.
What are the current monthly prices?
The current pricing page lists Basic at $9/month, Premium at $19/month and Pro at $39/month.
Is yearly billing available?
Yes. The current yearly pricing is Basic $90/year, Premium $190/year and Pro $390/year.
How does PayPal payment work?
The pricing page sends the selected plan amount to BizCity's PayPal.Me payment page. BizCity should verify a completed payment before enabling paid account entitlements.
Do I need an account for paid features?
A production BizCity account is required for paid-plan entitlement management, hosted assets, persistent usage limits and account-based analytics.
How should paid limits be enforced?
Production limits should be enforced by the BizCity backend and account subscription rather than relying only on browser storage.
Does BizCity store my PayPal password?
No. Payment authentication and payment details are handled on PayPal. BizCity does not need the customer's PayPal password.
